What's a managed machine?
A machine is any laptop, desktop or server you've paired with norc. Your system cron still runs the jobs. Each plan is one flat price for a set number of machines and jobs. The job limit counts across all your machines.
Does the free plan sync across devices?
No. Free manages up to two machines independently, local-first. Cross-device sync starts on Pro.
Can I manage remote servers?
Yes. Pro and above let you manage remote servers. You run the norc agent on the machine and it connects outbound to norc. norc never opens an inbound connection and never holds your SSH keys.
Do alerts work on Free?
No. Alerts start on Pro.
Do I need a card for Free?
No.
Is there mobile access?
Yes. You can view your jobs and edit their crontab from the iOS and Android apps on every plan, including Free.
